What does a typical yacht rental come with?
Each of our charters includes a skilled crew, safety gear, gas, and standard beverages. Each service type has unique offerings — romantic sails feature premier beverages and snacks, while business charters come with meeting amenities and corporate catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking should be done 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly in the high season from May to September. For business gatherings or personal festivities, we advise a 4–6 weeks lead time for more optimal arrangements and customization opportunities.
What is the protocol for unfavorable boating conditions?
Your safety is our primary concern. If our captain deems the weather too risky, we will propose a reschedule to a later convenient date or issue a full refund. We closely keep an eye on weather updates and will get in touch with you if the forecast looks uncertain 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, personal food and drink are allowed onboard. However, our excellent catering service is also available, offering customized menu selections. Note that for safety measures, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We make every attempt to accommodate all of our guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with more accessible options than others. Kindly discuss any specific requirements when making your reservation, and we'll match you with the most fitting yacht and ensure necessary preparations are made.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations that are communicated 72 hours before the set sail are fully refundable. Those made between 24 and 72 hours are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are not refundable, except in the case of bad weather or mechanical issues attributable to us.
