Service offerings are dependent on both availability and favorable weather conditions. We retain the right to alter or terminate any service offering without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To make a yacht reservation, you must:

  • Have reached the age of 18 years old
  • Supply correct and thorough details
  • Complete the required advance payment detailed in your reservation confirmation
  • Accept and adhere to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking confirmation is only after the necessary payment has been received along with our formal acknowledgment. We have full discretion to refuse our services to anyone.

3.3 Availability

Each charter is subject to the yacht's availability and optimal weather conditions. We commit to reasonable attempts to comply with your requested schedules.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are listed in € with taxes included, unless stated otherwise. Note that prices may be altered without prior warning.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Fifty percent of the full charter cost is due upon reservation
  • Balance: To be paid in full 48 hours prior to the departure of the yacht
  • Any additional fees: Payable after the completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment options including major credit cards, direct bank payments, and verified cheques. Payments are processed securely with encryption.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With notice of over 72 hours before departure: Entire refund minus processing fees
  • Notices between 24-72 hours before departure: Partial refund of 50%
  • With less than 24 hours notice before departure: No refund will be given

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the weather conditions be considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose either:

  • A reschedule of your charter to a later date at no extra charge
  • A complete refund if rescheduling is unattainable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the unlikely event that your yacht experiences mechanical issues, we will strive to supply an appropriate replacement. If a suitable yacht is not available, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

  • Comply with all instructions from the crew
  • Use the safety gear provided as needed
  • Inform us of any health conditions that may influence their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas onboard the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed on board:

  • Containers made of glass material
  • Illicit substances
  • Guns or any form of weaponry
  • Any substance beyond reasonable consumption for personal enjoyment
  • Pets, except if given prior clearance

6.3 Conduct

Behavior of passengers should be courteous and respectful at all times. If passenger conduct endangers others or interrupts the charter, we reserve the discretion to halt the experience prematurely without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability does not extend beyond the cost of your chartered service. We are not accountable for:

  • Personal injuries sustained through passenger recklessness
  • Destruction or loss of personal belongings
  • Unforeseen, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Delays resulting from inclement weather or situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We carry comprehensive maritime insurance for our vessels and operations. You are advised to secure your own travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engagement in our yacht services signifies your recognition of inherent nautical risks, and you assent to taking personal responsibility for your safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety precautions, or functional requirements. We will make all efforts to offer equivalent alternatives if changes occur.

9. Force Majeure

Our accountability does not cover delays, cancellations, or changes caused by situations outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory edicts
  • Harbor closures
  • Technical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We manage your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services indicates your agreement to the collection and usage of your data as defined within the Privacy Policy.
